Reopen Patchey KDS from Shopify Admin's Apps section. Confirm that your browser permits the Shopify Admin session and that the app remains installed for the correct shop. If the issue persists, contact support with the shop domain and a description of what you see, without sending secrets.

Confirm that recent orders exist in the connected Shopify shop, then refresh Patchey KDS. The app reads recent operational order content only from the shop currently authenticated in Shopify Admin. Check that the app still has the required Shopify permission if orders remain unavailable.

Fullscreen KDS launch links are intentionally short-lived and single-use. Return to the authenticated Patchey KDS dashboard and select Open Fullscreen KDS again. Do not reuse or share old launch links.

Browsers often require an interaction before allowing sound. Tap or click the fullscreen KDS after opening it, then check the device volume and browser sound permissions.

Open the Billing page inside Patchey KDS to choose or manage a plan on Shopify's hosted pricing page. Shopify handles plan selection, billing, cancellation, and trial eligibility; Patchey KDS does not use an external payment provider.

You can uninstall Patchey KDS from Shopify. Patchey KDS also handles Shopify's required shop-redaction workflow to delete shop-scoped stored data. See the Privacy Policy for more detail or contact support with a privacy question.
